ZY28 series double action hydraulic stamping press is suitable for all drawing, bending, forming of metal panel and blanking, amendment, pushing mounting, punching processes. It fits for requirements of auto, aviation, chemical industry, etc.
This series applies positive drawing technology. The hydraulic system uses Cartridge Valve. The electric system applies PLC auto control with jog and semi-auto operation function. The stroke, pressure, speed of each action components can be adjustable independently within the specific range to meet the requirements of metal forming products.
We can equip it with material-stirring device, mobile worktable, punching cushion device, grating safety protection device, and human-computer interface, etc.
